To solve problems for businesses, universities, charities and other organisations around the world by creating breakthroughs in brand differentiation and narrative. We do this by employing our unique methodology – futurethinking.

Robert Pepper


With a background spanning leadership roles at Virgin, Sky, Orange, Air Miles and more, Robert combines his client-side experience with his passion for solving complex brand and business challenges. Robert provides strategic direction to the Agency and our key clients across education, business, charities and more.

Tony Speight


Tony leads our creative team and with Robert founded the Agency. Tony has inspired creative development at some of the world’s leading brands including British Airways, Toyota, American Express, Sainsbury’s and more, as well as with our current clients in the business, charity and education worlds.

Nicola Cast

As Head of Client Partnerships, Nicola leads our account teams and spends all her time understanding client needs and ensuring these needs are exceeded, always with a smile. Nicola believes collaboration is the key to success.

Scott McNamee


Scott learnt his trade at The Sunday Times and leading London Agencies, before joining ps at launch. Scott brings design flair and passion for quality to everything we do, as well as having a special interest in typography, digital design and innovation.

Leading the Strategy discipline at ps, Drew brings a wealth of experience in creating, maintaining and reinventing game-changing and sector-defining brands. He has led strategic development across brand, digital, experience and comms for the likes of WWF, BBC, Meta, The Valuable 500, London Stock Exchange Group, Aviva, Reckitt Benckiser, The Ritz Paris and more.
