From government policy makers requiring evidence to help them make good decisions, to young people wondering why on earth they should consider the construction industry as a career choice, to levy payers wanting reassurance that their money is being spent wisely - we’ve helped CITB tell their story to all kinds of stakeholders, far and wide.
The Solution
There’s not much we haven’t helped CITB to achieve, really. We’ve supported them on their journey through complete transformation - building an external and internal framework to support the change programme and acting as an extension of their content team; we’ve created peer-to-peer engagement campaigns for employers, developed a whole suite of corporate reporting and re-designed their youth careers programme.
